Tenants and applicants
If you're a tenant or applicant with a question about a screening report, a payment, or your data, write to the same address and include the landlord's name and the property address. If your application was denied, you're entitled by law to a copy of the screening report and the right to dispute it — the notice you received names the reporting agency and how to request it.
